INSURANCE

The Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital Patient Accounts staff, as a courtesy, will submit claims for treatment rendered to your dental insurance on your behalf. Please be aware that no dental insurance covers 100% of all dental services.
Following a dental exam, our staff can provide a written treatment plan that includes estimated charges. Treatment provided to beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service does not usually involve a co-pay, but please check with our staff before scheduling your treatment.
